Who benefits from this update? 

Only those on a Standard or higher plan can create multiple locations and thus be able to use the new functionality. 

If you’re currently on a Starter plan and need this functionality, upgrading to a Standard plan unlocks the full potential of multisite order fulfillment. Standard plans support up to three locations, so if you need more advanced features and/or more locations, we suggest moving to the Professional plan.
