Bulk-manage custom fields without errors

Overview

This tool reads your existing custom field collections from Katana and generates a template with dropdowns for each collection, reducing user error. A hashing system ensures only changed fields are updated when importing.

How does it work

1. Create custom field collections in Katana first.
2. Download the template from the Admin Panel.
3. Choose a collection per row; fields populate automatically.
4. Fill in values and import; the tool updates only changed rows.

How to get started

• Install the Admin Panel Chrome Extension.
• Select “Custom Fields Import” from the Items page.
