How it works

  1. A known B2B customer emails your inbox asking about their order
  2. WISMO detects the query and authenticates the sender against your customer list
  3. WISMO reads the relevant order from Katana — status, ship date, tracking number
  4. WISMO enriches the response with live FedEx or UPS tracking data
  5. WISMO composes a complete, accurate reply and sends it (or queues it for your review
  6. If data is unavailable or the query is out of scope, WISMO escalates to your CS team with full context

How to get started

  1. Sign up at trywismo.co and create your manufacturer account
  2. Connect Katana by generating an API key in Katana Settings API and pasting it into WISMO
  3. Review your auto-built customer list (sourced from Katana records and email history)
  4. Connect your Gmail or Outlook inbox via OAuth
  5. Run a test query using a real order from Katana
  6. Go live — start in draft/review mode to approve responses before they send
