Brand new to Katana, or still figuring out how to get it running? Our two-session summer training takes you from first login to running your daily inventory and fulfillment flow — live, hosted by our Customer Success team. Pick the pair that fits your calendar — both cover the same content:

Each session includes structured training with live demos, and open Q&A. One registration covers both dates in your chosen pair — join one or both. Recording + printable working sheet sent the day after each.
Live training: Run your Katana from your AI chat
Katana can connect to the AI chat you already use. In this live session, see how to run your inventory and orders from Claude or ChatGPT — ask about your stock, orders, and production in plain language, and create or update records, without ever opening Katana.
