Free includes all Katana features, within a 30 SKU limit. You
also get unlimited users, integrations and inventory locations, plus API access. For your first 15 days you can work with unlimited SKUs. After that, you’ll need to bring your catalog down to 30 SKUs or talk to our team about upgrading. For e-commerce, only Shopify currently integrates with Free. It works well for testing Katana, trying it with a sample catalog, or running lightweight workflows.

Your quote lists everything we’ll build for you, so nothing is added later.
Yes. On Advantage you can add f.ex. custom fields to items, sales orders and quotes, use them in print templates and the API, and have our engineers build custom automations, dashboards and integrations around how your team works. Bundles and kits are handled with bills of materials, so stock updates as components are used.
Yes. Advantage includes the Katana API and the Katana MCP server, which lets AI assistants read and update your Katana data. Our engineers also build and maintain custom integrations to the other tools you use, such as EDI, a CRM or a 3PL, as part of your plan.
No. Every Advantage plan includes unlimited users, so you can add your warehouse, production and sales teams without your price going up.
