With Katana they can manage production tasks, inventory, sales and shipping from one easy-to-use dashboard. This means more time to actually grow their business and sales.

Katana’s clients come from 28 different countries, and this is just the beginning. We are growing super fast and need talented people to join our team to help make Katana the “go-to” software for small makers everywhere. And this is where you come in!

Who are we looking for?

A kick-ass Customer Success Specialist to keep our customers engaged, respond to questions, find solutions to their specific use-cases and help them implement Katana. We are looking for the right person who owns this role and executes it with passion.


What will my typical week look like?

  1. Managing Katana’s chats and e-mails regularly with the Success team.

  2. Assisting new customers through product demos and helping them onboard.

  3. Participating in customer interviews to help evaluate individual use-cases and report this information back to product team to build a better product


Is it for me?

It sure is if you:

  1. Have previous experience with support and sales management

  2. Know a bit about manufacturing and inventory management

  3. Are a natural people person who can see things from a customer perspective

  4. Can communicate clearly and effectively in English (written and spoken)

  5. Like to be proactive and enjoy learning something new every day.

  6. Love seeing that your work makes an impact on the company daily
